1. The software files of the 123math.ca program are copyrighted by 123math. You have the non-exclusive right to use these programs and files.
2. For schools and organizations you may use the 123math program(s) on any number of computers that are located within your physical building. You may install the program(s) onto a single hard disk so long as you can provide proof of the original purchase.
3. For individual purchases, you may use the 123math program(s) on any number of computers within the physical boundaries of your home only. You may install the files  onto a single hard disk so long as you can provide proof of the original purchase.
4. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software. You may not modify or translate the software or distribute copies of the software without the written consent of 123math and the author, Ken Cornett, tel. 1 (250) 471-2259, email witagoo@gmail.com.
5. By ordering the 123math program(s) manually on CD, or by purchasing them online via download, you are accepting this licensing agreement.
